Horrible place to live.
There are some really strange things going on in this park. Stay clear, seriously.
Dwayne has made huge changes in the park, and they are for the better. The traffic has slowed way down and the people are begining to look more like citizens and less like criminals. There is still stuff to be worked on but not even god could creat the workd over night. A little more time and he should have this plCe top notch. Great work dwayne. Keep it up!
It's ok. It's Quiet and everybody keeps to themselved
I love this place! I have been here for years. The place is clean and friendly. Lots of kids play in the area and it is extremely quiet at night. We used to have some problems but the monster Esuela got them out and keeps them out. We love the neighborhood!
I am a current tenant. I have lived here for years. When I moved in I was told it was a little "rough" but management was improving the park and fixing the problems. Since I have been here I have learned that the on site manager is not at all knowledgeable about tenant rights or responsibilities. He does not know codes or regulations and seems to have no ethical standards. He can frequently be found drunk and spends more time insulting tenants and spreading rumors and lies about them to other tenants than doing his maintenance work. The "womens" bathroom has not been open during my time here due to damages. Occasionally the manager let's homeless people live in the women's restroom. The "mens" bathroom (only one available) is frequently unusable due to damage caused by drug addicts who use it as a safe place to get high. The laundry room is usually more usable except when the addicts are having large loud parties in there. The park is over run with homeless drug addicts who cause problems and start fights with tenants. They throw used syringes all over the park with no regard to the safety of others. EMC, the management company in charge of this property, has been made aware of many of these problems by myself and several other tenants over the years and does nothing about it either. This is not a safe place to live and is well known at local jail and prison as a place to score drugs and stay when they get out.
