I have lived here over 5yrs. Common Wealth is the property management and the on site managers they hired run this park like a dictatorship they harass through tenants they think they are God! Don't buy a home here trailers are old and not worth what they try to sell them for...worth maybe $2,000 and they try to sell them for $8,000 and up if you see Common Wealth run fast

Worst people ever they seem to enjoy harassing and bullying the elderly. They are rumored to have stolen from the Bank accounts of the tenants.
I'm well over 55 and on a fixed income.. I can manage my own budget small as it is! I was sickened the day I went to the office to get a space for my 5th wheel; after all $380. good deal yah...Close to a grocery store and a pharmacy ECT..... I was really looking forward to living in the park..But after they took my $40. app fee. They came back with oh you don't have enough income..What you missed that yesterday before you gladly took my money.. I also missed my ride that day... ended up waiting 2hr. for a $30 CAB RIDE......They did suggest a place south of them "did not know the name" were I could check!!!!
