After calling the florist I've been using for years, due to my lack of preparation. I was told they wouldn't be able to help me without the exact place that they would be delivering, even though I knew the address, just not the specific department. So I started calling other florists to see if one of them could fulfill my order. My 3rd call was to Pemberton's. Patty answered the phone and I began to explain my situation, Patty took on the challenge happily and delivered as promised! Very thankful for her "can do" attitude.
