The living arrangement was beautiful that was made for my friend's memorial service. I had faith that they would do an excellent job because I had used them when my son went to the prom many years ago and the corsage that was made for his date was beautiful! I will aways use their services and highly recommend them to others.

This was my first order from them, for Mother's Day. I live in Seattle and my parents live in Salem so I wanted a local florist that I could order from online.

I had a good feeling just from their website, it seemed like a business with good vibes that cares about what they do. They did an amazing job, the flowers looked even better than pictured on the website! Very pleased, will absolutely use them for all occasions in the future.

I placed an online order and an internal "oops" happened. I got a phone call letting me know (I had no idea) that something had gone wrong, I was told what steps were being taken to fix it and extended an apology. Exactly how I want things to go when something goes wrong; own it and apologize. I'm very happy and will continue being a customer!
They replaced it.
I have used them exclusively for over 2 years and never had any problems with their flowers or services, they are amazing and their flowers are always breathtaking. Customer service is great too.
