The biggest red flag to me was when I was offered a free oil change for leaving a good review as soon as we finished buying the vehicle. Something I'm sure 90% of these good reviews fail to omit.

We purchased a 2005 Ford Explorer from them last year. The buying experience was smooth. The problems come in with how certain things were handled. When finally deciding on that vehicle the salesman told us it would be a certain price and includes a warranty. I and my wife thought that was awesome that they include a warranty for the vehicle in the purchase price. When we sat down to do the paperwork we signed for the warranty and the finally were signing the bill breakdown. I noticed right after signing that the Warranty showed a separate cost (the original quoted price did include the warranty, but according to the breakdown the vehicle itself was less) I felt like that was a less than honest approach, but at the same time figured a warranty isn't a terrible thing to have. Fast forward to the last two weeks. The vehicles has been having issues and overheating we took it to a well rated mechanic who found it was the fuel intake being cracked and it had domino-ed into other problems. I got the warranty information gave it to the mechanic and today the mechanic called to be told that the warranty does not cover any of it...not a single piece of the repair. It is specifically written to cover parts that cost little to nothing to repair and never cover against any major issues you would have. This took that experience I had at Dave Morton's and solidified how dishonest they can be.

I have recently just bought a Lincoln Navigator from Dave Morton Auto. I am super happy with my new car. The service I received was the best that I have ever received from a dealership. They were very polite and accommodating. Tom was awesome at making sure that I was happy with the Navigator and made sure that the window was fixed for me so that it roll up all the way. I would definitely go back to Dave Morton Auto!!!!!!!!!!!!!
