The people at 3G Auto are very good people

Wish it could be zero stars. Went to look at a vehicle, barely got greeted, then they pointed in the direction of the vehicle. No salesman came to talk to us, we popped the hood and started checking out the engine, the was water in the oil! They were asking 3500 for a rig that has obvious problems. SORRY, NOT THE BEST CARS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. You don't just buy a car you buy the dealership....and this dealership hides with their tails between their legs

It was a really nice experience. My salesman was very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable about the car. The two people who helped me were not pushy but allowed me to think things over clearly. Dylan went above and beyond to make me happy, I will recommend to all my friends and family. Finally a used car lot that stands by their word!!

Very happy with our deal!

This was my first experience with 3G Auto Sales. I learned of them by searching the internet for a vehicle. They happened to have a potential "Keeper" for me. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 45 minutes away. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. Trust me, I'm a skeptical type of person. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations.

I purchased a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee from 3G Auto in Salem Oregon 2 weeks ago, for starters they were asking well over the Kelley blue book value on the car at $3,999. It also had a rebuilt title due to a fender bender which I saw the damage before time and it wasn't as bad as one would think. The problem is I drove it home and put 65 miles on it and the oil pressure gage was inclined to the max. I brought it in to receive an oil change on it (which they should have done themselves) and turns out the rear main seal and the transfer case were leaking fluid at a rapid pace. (Keep in mind that I have only had the car for less than a week and a half.) I gave them a call upset of course and the owner of the dealership refused to talk with me, and wouldn't help with any of it because I cashed it out. All he would reply with is that it was "AS IS". Overall, it's all about money to them and they never told me the truth behind the car! I asked all of these questions before purchasing the vehicle and they gave me false information by telling me "it doesn't leak any oil". I suggest never looking into 3G auto for any kind of vehicle because they purchase most if not all of there vehicles from auctions that mostly sell branded title vehicles! This was the worst experience for my firs car!!!!
