I have both a mini storage/self storage unit and a commercial warehouse in at the complex. It is really easy to access since I work downtown. The loading dock is great when moving boxes out of the van. Good company and experience. M.
To me, the only real drawback about this place is also a positive. This is an 8 to 5 operation with an hour lunch in which it closed. When it's closed, there is no access. So, it's climate controlled indoors and limited access. Good security. Very nice people that run it. Really should only be a 1/2 star loss for there not being 24 hour access. I think that's accetable. Could be trouble if the roof leaked overnight but that could be an issue anywhere. Cameras, cameras, cameras.
--and big shocker. Turns out it was a clerical error and they just forgot to write it down.
So not only can you only access your things during normal business hours which is INCREDIBLY inconvenient, but the staff likes to yell at you for their own mistakes.
Staff is incredibly rude. Yelled at my boyfriend in front of our family and demanded he unload an entire Uhaul van and go get money for a month of rent we already paid. And when he told her hey we already paid but I'll be more than happy to run to the bank ACROSS TOWN IN OUR PAY PER MILE UHAUL- she continued to berate him in front of our family. And when he finally said something to her about the way she was talking to him she decided to bring our unborn child into it saying "Well I hope she doesnt end up with a mouth like yours"

I love this place. The staff is friendly, I felt like my items were very secured. I really appreciated that you have to check in and out with every visit and that the loading dock was so easy to access. There are many hand trucks available in different sizes for moving stuff to and from the units and everything was always so clean and tidy. On top of that I always looked forward to the pleasant conversation I'd have with the staff, they have a knack for remembering customers and would check in with how things were going with me. It also doesn't hurt that the price is incredibly affordable. If I'm ever in need of a storage unit again I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere.
