Last time I came here it was packed of amazing games, of a huge variety. Lots of music game such as DDR or guitar freaks, racers, fighting games like tekken and Street fighter, and good Japanese style arcade gems. Now it's mostly old rundown guncon and ticket games. :/ It's still okay my wife and I had fun but it was really missing the charm of a day gone by.
Staff was very nice, friendly just as i remember, however the best part of this was the memories.
Very good place to take kids. I don't think age matters while I'm here, all games are fun for ages 5 and up.
Terrible ventilation system. Alot of machines eat nickels & only barly work or part of it only works & pretty disappointing to see about 8 to 10 employees jus standing chatting in the front rather than cleaning machines & making sure everythings working & that people are happy.
The last time we were there my 9 old year said bye and thank you for having us. The tall lanky one with the glasses just stared at my 9 year old so we kept walking. I don't care what kind of stick they had up their ass you don't treat kids let only costumers like that.
I am now Boycotting this place.
This place is amazing especially if you go when they are having specials which is on weekdays after school. For 5 bucks you can play games for a good half hour. My kids love it, I loved it. They have a great system for weighing tickets when you're done playing so they don't have to be counted. Super fun.
I called Scott which is suppose to be the person to complain to. The first message I left him was around April and he never got back to me. So when I called yesterday he didn't seem to care. He focused more on my cussing because I was upset that a grown man can act like that towards a child and still have a job rather than his employees treating people so poorly.
I went there with my sons during the Cold/Flu seasons and made the mistake of putting on gloves. I was a cook then and I couldn't afford to get sick. I noticed that there were other costumers coughing or sneezing and not going to the restroom to wash up if they used there hands to cover up. I soon after started getting glares from the Employees. They even went as far as to try to get in our way while trying to walk to another game. Then had the nerve to get upset if I said excuse me.
