Unable to take the entire day off from work. I called later to ask why no one showed. they said they tried to contact me to verify the appointment. When they quoted me my phone number it was incorrect. Wasted time and lost income from work due to their error. They cost me time and money and never provided a service. If they cannot confirm a single phone number how can they be trusted to do quality work?
