One star is EXTREMELY generous for the way we were treated by Todd, the manager at the Lancaster store. He was rude, condescending, and actually cursed at my girlfriend and threw her papers back at her. All of this because she didn't have our landlord's information on hand to give him. I was not personally there at the time, as I was at work. When she told me about this I immediately called to speak with him. He was rude, and immediately tried to justify and lie his way around the situation. As a professional in customer service and sales, I wouldn't dream of treating a customer like this, regardless of the difficulty of the situation. I have several friends and family members who rent from here faithfully, and I will be explaining this situation to them and will help them find other avenues to get what they need. Many of my close contacts have already been notified and will be switching immediately. You have lost my personal business without a doubt - present and future.
Their online payment system is inaccurate. Pay the amount it says due, now I have calls saying I didn't pay in full TWO months ago so now my account is half month past due and they've been charging me late fees and other fees with out me knowing. Contract started in June 24 month contract, went to pay off to be done, and they said have to pay until August. So they added two months. . .

They worst customer service and accounting I have ever delt with. They call and Harrass everyday. Their is a 10 grace period in hr contract, they start calling next day payment is due. Even if payment falls in a Sunday and you can't go in Sunday cause they are closed. All with in that grave period btw...
It was pre leased, which we were very aware of. However not only was it filthy, but we found a syringe and needle between the cushions!!!!
Great service, good stuff, can be a bit pricey when leasing, but that's the price paid to make payments on your terms. Good bunch of people, and no issues.
