This company's van parked next to my wife and hit our car. Just walked away like nothing happened. Tried reaching out to the company and no reply. If they can't even find the time to make that right then they must be a careless company.

The technician was persistent and tracked down the problem (two different issues) which were fairly complicated. It would have been easy to dismiss one as a comcast issue since another tech. he called felt it was the cause. They were also prompt and professional. No complaints.
