Absolutely worst utility service ever! They do not serve the public! Went on vacation while guest watched the house. Missed payment by two weeks as we were away. They shut off the water for being 2 weeks late with a bill. Completely outrageous and should be illegal. Shame on Salem. Wished I never moved there.
Called to ask what my ballance is due (i lost my bill)..was told not due for almost 2 more weeks. Tryd to pay rite then over phone,got told they dont take payments there..have to pay online or through snail mail. What kinda company doesnt take your money when offering it????? They already provided me with service! I just want to pay my bill....jeesh
Very rude customer service. Not willing to work with people at all. I am so unhappy and dissatisfied. Some people have hardships, and I think for first time occurrences late fees should be waived without having to go beg to churches. There was a fluke on my account and they just would not listen or be compassionate. I wish I could take my money elsewhere but I have no choice, that's the worst part. Tacking on fees to poor people who are already having hardships is just cruel.
